The Inter South Soccer League (ISSL) is a new recreational based soccer program to support the Bloomington-Normal and surrounding communities.  ISSL will began with it's first season in August 2023 offering a U5 - U8 program focusing on fundamental skill development and teamwork.  This program is intended to provide beginner instruction for players interested in soccer in a fun environment.  The program consists of 6 sessions with a duration of 1 hour each session.  The sessions are designed to interact with players through games while developing soccer specific skills (dribbling, passing, defending) while working on physical traits (speed & agility).  Each session has 30 minutes dedicated to focusing on soccer specific skills then players are placed on teams for the last 30 minutes to play 4 v 4 soccer to teach them the rules of the game.
